Cafe Olympia Coffee Roasts

Dark Roast

A premium dark Italian roast with a strong, bold flavor. Its rich, dark undertones make it the traditional choice for an espresso coffee.

RG likes his four-shot espressos bold so he can be wide awake during his luge runs. If you like your coffee strong, you’ll love RG’s Blend.

Medium Roast

Dramatic and full of flavor, Carl’s Blend is similar to coffees served in Vienna.

Carl Nolt is our master coffee roaster here in Colorado. The barista in The Shortcut is named Carl in his honor. His blend rocks!

Light Roast

Our Mocha / Java blend combines the bright and fruity African coffees with the earthy, rich Indonesian beans.  Strong berry and citrus flavors with herbal gamey notes.

Pablo Garcia Munos likes his coffee light. This is an outstanding blend that Pablo heartily approves of.
