Cooking Tips
My mom and both of my grandmas were great cooks. I picked up a lot of stuff just by hanging out in the kitchen.
WARNING FOR PERFECTIONISTS!
I learned how to cook like a grandma – a pinch of this, a bit of that, etc.
So don’t get frustrated if some of my recipes are simply lists of ingredients.
That’s just how I cook. If you want more detail, Google it or invest in a good cookbook.
Try new things, experiment. Make these recipes your own.
Example – I don’t put salt in my Creole Seasoning Mix. I salt to taste while I cook.
And I don’t put rice in my Paella. What??? Paella without rice???
Hey… I need to look good in my Spandex luge speed-suit!
